1. Scope of Work
VPR Contractors provides professional electrical, gas, and specialized contracting services. The specific scope of work for any project will be detailed in a formal quotation provided to the client.
2. Payment Terms
Standard payment terms require a deposit prior to commencement of work, with the balance due upon completion or as otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments may incur interest charges.
3. Liability
VPR Contractors maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. However, VPR Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of the performance of the work.
4. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
